In 2007, we were alerted by a customer to a Quadlite action with an endemic misfiring problem.

RPA replaced the bolt tube but later in 2008 we became aware the problem was more widespread.

RPA subsequently replaced a second bolt tube but in an email dated 11 July 2009.

In August 2009, we approached Mr Keith Hills, NRAA Gunsmith for his advise and assistance.

Keith developed a procedure for repairing the bolts and the below pictures show the progress of bolt repair No.3.
